Initial Consultation
A 30-minute to an hour phone call to get to know each other. We'll go over the vision, the budget, and the timeframe for your project.
Pre-Construction Meeting
In this face-to-face meeting, we discuss what you need to get your project out of the ground and come up with a plan that suits your specific needs.
Kick-Off & Selections Meeting
The contract is signed, permits are processing, and we're ready to put shovels in the ground. We go over and select everything that goes into your home and discuss what the construction phase will look like and what to expect.
Construction
Construction goes in phases: site work and foundation, framing, MEP, insulation, interior and exterior finishes, flat work and landscaping. After each phase, we hold a phase punch-out meeting to correct any discrepancies and make sure no detail is missed.
