Initial Consultation

Pre-Construction Meeting

Kick-Off & Selections Meeting

Construction
Construction goes in phases: site work and foundation, framing, MEP, insulation, interior and exterior finishes, flat work and landscaping. After each phase, we hold a phase punch-out meeting to correct any discrepancies and make sure no detail is missed.
Punch-Out, CO & Hand-Off
Your home is substantially complete and final inspections are being conducted. We walk every inch to identify anything that needs a touch-up. After this, all that's left is to hand you your Certificate of Occupancy and the keys to your new luxury home.
